We are so excited that you took on this journey to help build girls of courage, confidence, and character. We encourage you to attend the monthly Service Unit meetings for information on events & activities, troop meeting ideas, support from other leaders, and for some fun! Meetings are held at St. Francis Church in Vista. Doors open at 6:45 pm, and we meet from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.
Please don't hesitate to contact us for any suggestions, ideas and/or comments. Remember to refer to the Safety Activity Checkpoints (Safety-Wise) and all policies and procedures from Girl Scouts for all your troop activities. See below for forms and information.

Electronic Background Screening
Background screenings are an integral part of our due diligence process and risk management policy. At Girl Scouts San Diego, the screening of volunteers (and employees) includes criminal background screens — which are performed by an independent, third-party background-screening agency — and possible reference checks, performed by our staff.
The electronic background screen is valid for four years. The average fee to Girl Scouts San Diego is $9.25. Fees are dependent upon your address, history and former names over the past seven years. Your total cost will be itemized for you prior to check-out through PayPal.
To get your electronic background screening, please follow this link.
